Frequently Asked Questions

What will renting here cost?

Our offices and storefronts range from $15 to $25 per square foot per year, and our apartments range from $600 to $850/month.  Rent includes heat and water, plus basic janitorial service in the offices.  

What are your lease terms?

Initial commercial leases range from 1 to 5 years and some tenants opt to rent month-to-month after their original lease term has expired.

Is there a conference room available in the building?

There is not a conference room for tenant use at this time, although many tenants have meetings at the Workhorse Coffee Bar on the ground floor.

Is there an elevator?

Yes - for the offices only. 

Is the building secure?

Yes – The Security Building is secure!   We keep the doors locked - renters have key fobs to get in and there is a call-box for visitor access. 

Can I use my office anytime, day or night?

No - for the security of our tenants, the building is alarmed and unavailable for use late night.

What about parking and transit?

We do not have any private parking, however there is plenty of on-street parking available.  On Raymond, the parking is metered for client turnover, and a block to the north the parking is free. There are also a couple of neighboring lots with spaces available to lease.  The Green Line light rail station less than a block away, and there is bus service on University Avenue with stops at our corner.
